Salsa / Men & Ladies Spinning

Men's and Ladies' Spinning – 4-Week Course

This 4-week spinning course is tailored for both men and ladies who want to elevate their salsa dancing by mastering spins and turns with precision and control. Perfect for dancers at an intermediate to advanced level, this course will help you develop proper technique, balance, and body control essential for executing spins gracefully and efficiently.

Throughout the course, we will cover the mechanics of spinning, focusing on spotting, maintaining balance, and controlling your center of gravity. You will learn how to integrate spins into your footwork and partner work, with an emphasis on timing and fluidity. Both solo and partner spins will be explored, helping you improve your leading or following skills during complex turn sequences.

In addition to technical spinning drills, we will also work on styling and posture to ensure your spins look clean and polished on the dance floor. Whether you’re leading or following, this course will provide you with the confidence and finesse needed to execute multiple spins with ease.

After completing this 4-week cycle, you will have the tools and techniques to spin with control and add more dynamic movement to your social dancing. Repeating the cycle can help further refine your spinning ability and make these skills second nature.
